The actress, known for her role in The Family Man 2, revealed that her day begins at 6:30 am with exposure to sunlight, followed by practices such as oil pulling, gua sha, and a workout at 7 am that incorporates both strength and bodyweight exercises. She expressed her appreciation for taking time to pray and express gratitude before commencing her workday. During her commute, she prepares her eyes using a red light therapy mask and immerses her face in ice water.

Samantha detailed her evening routine, stating that at 6 pm, she engages in red light therapy, followed by playing pickleball at 7 pm. She concludes her day with meditation at 9:30 pm and retires for the night at 10 pm, captioning her post with “Life’s Golden.”
